Hexafluoropropylene
Semiconductor Etching Gas
Hexafluoropropylene is one of the monomers used in the synthesis of fluorine-containing polymer materials such as fluoroelastomers F20-41, F246 and fluoroplastics F46. It is also used as a raw material for perfluorosulphonic acid ion exchange membranes (for salt electrolysis), fluorocarbon oils and perfluoropropylene oxide.
